Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's process and R&D technology work.
- Responsible for the R&D, testing, improvement, and report writing of the company's production processes.
- Responsible for new field research, testing, experiments, and implementation report writing for the R&D department.
Job Requirements
- Major: Chemistry-related: Chemical synthesis, chemical technology, chemical equipment.
- Major: Materials-related: Surface treatment (electroplating, electroless plating, etc.), semiconductor etching, grinding, plating, electroplating solution development.
- Major: High-purity precious metal target R&D, precious metal nanomaterial preparation and application, precious metal-based composite material design.
- Master's degree or above, or 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh or previous graduates with research experience in the above fields are also acceptable.
